Hip Hop Fish & Chicken

First time.... and LAST time!!! I placed an order for delivery. They couldn't fulfill the order! Instead of a refund to my original payment method.... they tried giving an UNUSABLE store credit! I had to call in order to get my refund!! I've never eaten anything from this place before..... and apparently, NEVER will!!!! It's sad.... when your first experience is also your last, due to poor and extremely suspicious service....

First time, last time. When you go in the entire place looks and feels sketchy. Dirty, they don't wear gloves. The fountain drink station was covered in thick suryp from old soda. The chicken? Terrible. The grease they use to cook in taste like they never changed it. The chicken was hard. Difficult to chew. Had to pull off and throw away most of the thigh pieces because it was so hard it was inedible. The onion rings tasted OK at first. I went to eat the second one and the onion inside was just the damn skin. It was tough and just pulled right out of the batter. It was legit just onion skin, battered, and fried. Sincerely disappointed. I was hoping it would be better than Popeyes. No. I was better off goin to royal farms. Never again. Odd experience. Terrible food. Just.... sketchy.

Yesterday I ordered a pan of 50 wings and fries for my children 8th birthday party the chicken has got the whole party sick and the parents I will recommend anyone that’s ordering chicken to please feel free to look at your food test your food out because I’m now on my second bottle of Pepto-Bismol thinking of going to the hospital I would like a refund I called the store to access me to the manager they gave the manager my number because he’s out of town in New York and it’s no assistant manager and no one that can accommodate me my body is in so much pain throwing up achy stomach I’ve been at the restroom with diarrhea and more this was a very horrible experience and I will never order from them again

Went here to get dinner. We arrived at 9:28pm. Dude waited for us to pull up, as soon as I started walking to the front door, he ran over and locked it and then ran, turned off the open sign and hid in the corner. Once I got back into my car with my fiance to come up with a new dinner plan, he came back to the door and kept peeking past the blacked out part of the window with a smirk on his face. I understand that it was late, but at least talk to me like a person if you are going to close over 30 minutes early.
